1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by JunkMeister ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

JunkMeister provides junk removal, cleanout, light demolition, and hauling services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential junk removal and cleanouts
• Commercial junk removal and office cleanouts
• Yard debris and waste removal
• Light demolition services
• Construction debris cleanup
• Estate cleanouts
• Appliance and furniture removal

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is based on the volume of junk removed and is determined at the time of service. We provide upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services.

• Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual volume and materials encountered.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfer payments.
• Additional charges may apply for hazardous materials, excessively heavy items, or items requiring special disposal.
• Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed-upon time window.

• We offer same-day and next-day service subject to availability.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• JunkMeister reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove certain items, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, paint, solvents, asbestos)
• Medical waste and biohazards
• Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
• Radioactive materials
• Oil, gasoline, or other flammable liquids

If we encounter prohibited items during service, we reserve the right to leave those items and adjust pricing accordingly.

6. Property Access & Liability

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize removal of items from the property. You are responsible for:

• Providing clear and safe access to the items to be removed.
• Identifying any items that should not be removed.
• Ensuring all items designated for removal are your property or you have authorization to dispose of them.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, JunkMeister is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear during removal, or damage caused by unstable or structurally compromised items.

7. Eco-Friendly Disposal

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices. Whenever possible, items are recycled, donated, or repurposed. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be recycled or donated. Final disposal methods are at our discretion and in compliance with local regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkMeister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JunkMeister, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
